ProSocial

Curated proximity for women who lead

ProSocial is built on a simple belief:
the right rooms change everything

Not networking.
Not performative connection.
Not scale for scale’s sake.

ProSocial creates intentionally curated, in-person experiences for women who value depth, discernment, and real conversation — about business, leadership, and life.

This is connection as strategy.
Social health as a professional advantage.

What ProSocial Is (and isn’t)

ProSocial is not a membership.
It’s not a Slack channel.
It’s not a weekly obligation.

ProSocial is a quarterly experience model offered thoughtfully, held with care, and designed to create meaningful proximity between women who wouldn’t otherwise sit at the same table.

Smaller rooms.
Clear intention.
Real conversations.

The Experiences

ProSocial Proximity Hours | Quarterly | 2–3 hours | 25–30 women

Proximity Hours are the heart of ProSocial.

These are facilitated, in-person conversations designed for women who want more than surface-level networking — but less than another full-day event.

What to expect

  • A thoughtfully chosen venue

  • Light facilitation with a clear container

  • One anchoring question to guide conversation

  • Space to connect without pressure or performance

What makes this different

  • Structure without rigidity

  • Depth without heaviness

  • Connection without cliques

You’ll leave with perspective, new relationships, and conversations that continue well beyond the room.

Curated Dinners | Occasional | 8–10 women | Invitation-led

Curated Dinners are intimate, shared-table experiences for women navigating leadership, growth, and real life — at the same time.

These are not speaker dinners.
They are not networking dinners.

They are conversations.

What to expect

  • A shared meal in a thoughtfully selected space

  • One long, meaningful conversation

  • No programming. No performance.

  • Depth, trust, and presence

These gatherings are offered selectively and sparingly.

Who ProSocial Is For

ProSocial is for women who:

  • Lead businesses, teams, or initiatives

  • Value discernment over volume

  • Are tired of surface-level connection

  • Want proximity to thoughtful, grounded peers

  • Believe ambition and humanity belong in the same room

If you’re looking for hustle culture or mass networking, this isn’t it.

Pricing & Transparency

ProSocial experiences are intentionally priced to cover real costs: venue, food and beverage, planning, facilitation, and care — while keeping access realistic and respectful.

These gatherings are not profit-maximizing events.
They are thoughtfully curated experiences designed to be sustainable, high-quality, and held with integrity.

Not every experience will be for everyone and that’s okay.
What matters is clarity, intention, and trust.

How to Enter the Room

Some ProSocial experiences are open for registration (see events page/ticket page for dates and details. Others (dinners) may be application-based or invitation-led.

What never changes:

  • Clear expectations

  • Intentional curation

  • Respect for everyone’s time and energy

If you’re meant to be in the room, you’ll feel it.

A Note from Mandy

I don’t believe in building communities that ask women to perform.

I believe in building rooms where you can think out loud, be honest about what you’re navigating, and leave better connected than when you arrived.

ProSocial is how I do that carefully, intentionally, and with respect for the women who choose to show up.

“You’re not behind, you’re not too old, and it isn’t too saturated to start. Every day someone decides to be a beginner. remember how much can change in one year.”

“Surround yourself with women who would speak your name in a room full of opportunities.”
